How does the process work?

Training. Nutrition. Sleep. Mindset. We will work together to help you best understand what each of these pillars represents in your life, where you currently stand with each, and what we plan to do about it to deliver you to your goals.
2. Programme Build.
We will provide you with a curriculum of ‘work’ to help you identify Where you stand right now, the barriers that lay between you and your dream, and the forward steps we will take to get you from A to B as quickly as possible.
Together, we’ll create a transformational training programme designed to deliver you short and long term to the biggest health and fitness goals you can think of. It will be tailored to fit seamlessly into your life, no matter how busy and difficult you feel your schedule already is.
3. Execution.
Our coaching journey is designed to bring you as closely as possible to the person you intend to be going forwards. This is reflected in improved daily exercise habits, excellent nutrition and recovery tactics, use of mental tools, and discovering how to most effectively balance and manage your time.
For exercise, you will be allocated an elite coach from my team to guide you through your training and hold you accountable. They will help you execute your training sessions correctly and to maximum effect, and show you how to carry out the other exercise sessions that live within the programme we build for you.
We will also complement your physical development with a nutritional consultation, plan and meal schedule, showing you how to nail your diet and keep it healthy but delicious at the same time!
We will help you with recovery strategies to make the most of sleep and down time, keeping you fresh and alert for exercise and life, as well as mindset techniques to help you tap into the most confident, high achieving, successful version of yourself you dream of being.

Based on the level of intensity you want to approach your goal at, and strength of results you desire, we have different investment levels:
Monthly sessions
Gold: 8-12
Silver: 4-7
Bronze: 1-3
(These sessions are in addition to the weekly calls & coaching portal)
Payment options
Option 1 - one-time up-front payments for the 6-months range from £1,995-£4,995
or
Option 2 - payments in 6 monthly instalments range from £355-£905 / month
