Who am I?

I'm Gabriel Jones-Brown, and for over 16 years, I've been immersed in the world of high-performance, coaching everyone from elite and professional athletes across diverse sports (football, rugby, rowing, dance) to influential corporate leaders driving their companies forward.

My foundation is built on extensive education (BSc, MSc, NSCA) and learning directly from the world's best strength and conditioning coaches. But I don't believe in just theory: I've spent over 10,000 hours on the gym floor, guiding clients to breakthrough results and another 10,000+ practicing what I preach training myself.

This powerful combination of proven knowledge, practical experience, and personal understanding is what I bring to the table to ensure your success.
